Composable compiler frontend for Bend 2, written in Bend. Checks types, quantities, termination, and proofs, then exports a typed, serializable Core.Program for custom backends without executing the input. Includes a CLI and JavaScript interface; the separate bend-evm project uses it to target the EVM via Yul.
