Vegeta in Bend

A Bend 2 port of Vegeta's HTTP load-testing attack and report commands, shared by Vegeta author Tomas Senart. It generates HTTP traffic and produces compatible CSV/JSON results and text, JSON, or histogram reports.

The port uses a laws-first specification with 124 laws: the repository reports 103 checked proofs, with the remaining 21 tested against Go Vegeta. Its scheduler and HTTP client use pure state machines, while networking effects sit outside the proved core. This is an experimental branch, not a complete replacement for Go Vegeta.
